How does this work?

Step 1:
Call or text Ryan with any questions.

Step 2:
Reserve your trailer under the “Rental Options” tab.

Step 3:
You’ll be prompted to:

  • Upload pictures of the front and back of your driver’s license
  • Upload proof of insurance for the towing vehicle
  • Sign our rental agreement with one click

You’ll also receive a link to this page via email.

Step 4:
Depending on your pickup time, you’ll receive a text message either the night before or the day of pickup with instructions on how to pick up and drop off the trailer.

Step 5:
Use the provided code to open the lockbox containing the keys to the trailer. The keys unlock the tongue lock on the trailer you’ve rented.

Step 6:
Hook up the trailer as described in the pickup instructions and text a picture to (630) 448-2122. We also request pictures of the Front, Rear and Both sides. You will also text this to Ryan.

Step 7:
Enjoy your rental! 🚛

Step 8:
Return the trailer to the same pickup spot, put the tongue lock back on, and return the keys to the lockbox. Text (630) 448-2122 to let Ryan know the trailer has been returned and report any issues if they occurred. Take pictures of the front, rear, and sides and send to Ryan.

Things To Know

The Rental Period

Each rental period starts when the customer signs the rental contract. The customer will be charged an additional fee for any extra time until the trailer is returned.

Customer Liability

The customer is responsible for the rental fee and all damage to the trailer. The contract signed at the time of rental details liability.

Towing Vehicle Requirements

The towing vehicle must be in good working condition with the correct trailer light wiring to match the trailer being rented. The customer must not exceed the towing limits specified in the towing vehicle’s owner’s manual. 

Distance Limits

We have no distance limits for our rentals, however, in the event that we have to recover the trailer outside of our local area, fees will be charged.

License/Insurance Requirement

The customer must present a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance coverage; that includes proof that the insurance covers whatever the vehicle is towing. Towing vehicle must have valid and up to date tags before renting.
