1. What are your business hours?
As a family-run, home-based business, we offer flexible hours to accommodate your needs. Please contact us to schedule your pick-up or drop-off.

2. Are there any fees for late or early pick-up/drop-off?
Yes, a $25 fee applies for any rental pick-up after 11:00 PM or before 6:00 AM to accommodate the special scheduling.

3. What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up date incur a $50 fee. We offer a full refund if we manage to rebook the trailer for the same time period.

4. What types of trailers do you rent out?
We currently provide a 20' car hauler trailer. We are looking to get more trailers so if you have any suggestions please let us know!

5. How can I find your location?
Our exact location is disclosed after booking to ensure privacy and security. We’re based on the southwest side of O'Hare airport. Pickup and drop-off location may vary.

6. What if I damage the trailer?
Upon pick-up, you’ll sign a contract accepting responsibility for the trailer and all included equipment. Damage costs will be deducted from your deposit, with any excess potentially covered by your insurance or out-of-pocket payments.

7. Do I need a special license to rent a trailer?
No special license is needed for most of our trailers, but you must ensure your vehicle is equipped for towing the type and weight of the trailer rented.

8. Can I extend my rental period?
Extension requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an extension.
